Membership

Nestled on the shores of Sixteen Mile Creek, the Club offers a unique blend of recreation, dining and community, with membership options for different lifestyles.

Junior Members

Junior Members are welcomed from age three, with year-round racquet programming, engaging events and Summer Camps from June through August.

Fitness & Social Membership · Age 35+

Includes the fitness centre, dining, social events, outdoor pool, paddleboards and kayaks, and year-round junior programming.

Social Membership

Includes dining, social events, the outdoor pool, paddleboards and kayaks, and year-round junior programming.

Full Access Membership · Age 35+

Includes racquet sports, mooring and all Club facilities. This category is currently at capacity; prospective members may join the interest registry.

Intermediate Membership · Ages 25–34

Includes racquet sports, mooring and all Club facilities. This category is currently at capacity; prospective members may join the interest registry.

Application Process

  • Complete the official application form in full.
  • Secure two endorsements from eligible Voting Members, or arrange an interview and endorsement through the Membership Committee or Board.
  • Each Primary and Secondary applicant submits two concise letters of reference addressing character, conduct and fit with the Club community.
  • Submit the complete application, endorsements and reference letters. Allow up to six weeks for onboarding.
  • The Membership Committee reviews the application and makes a recommendation to the Board.
  • Final approval rests with the Board of Directors. Approved applicants receive an invoice and invitation to New Member Orientation.

Confidentiality

Application materials, interviews and disclosures are confidential and reviewed solely by the Membership Committee. Admission remains at the discretion of The Oakville Club under its By-Law.
