Those who held shares on April 28, 2026 and paid dues after April 28, 2025—or were exempt—are already registered. No application is required.

Historical Shareholders
Following the Club’s April 29, 2026 continuation under Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, outstanding shares were cancelled by operation of law and eligible former shareholders may preserve a defined historical entitlement.

Application Required
Those who held shares on April 28, 2026 but did not pay dues in the preceding 12 months must apply before April 30, 2028 and provide supporting documentation.

Accepted Documentation
- A physical share certificate
- An invoice or written confirmation from the Club
- Evidence of inherited shares

Firm Deadline
Applications must be received by April 30, 2028. The two-year window establishes finality for the historical membership list and cannot be extended.

Rights Preserved
Historical Shareholders retain a right to a proportionate distribution from net assets only if the Club were ever dissolved or liquidated. There are currently no plans to dissolve or liquidate the Club.
